Chained Vase 009
This vessel was hand-built using coils, and each chain link was made and attached by hand. The interior of the vase was glazed with a satin black glaze and the exterior was finished with a matte black engobe to maintain the mobility of the chains and prevent them from fusing to the body. This vase is water tight.
